The CPP course helped me understand the basics of procurement and its importance. I learned about strategic sourcing, where suppliers are selected based on quality, delivery, and reliability, not just price. I also learned about Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
