Public Procurement (government tenders) Expert

We at CivicDataLab, are looking for consultants to join-us on an urgent basis for a project aimed at leveraging data for strengthening climate action in partnership with central government agencies. Both positions are based out of New Delhi for a period of 12 months, with a possibility of contract renewal:

Public Procurement (government tenders) Expert with 5+ years of experience; must know General Financial Rules (GFRs), Public Procurement Regulations and Management of multi-year procurement with central and/or state government agencies.
