Allianz Technology has embarked on a journey to build functional competencies through a structured development center approach. As a part of this, you are invited to spend your quality time assessing your competencies. To make training more effective, there is a strong need to identify the existing competency level and compare it with the benchmark and thus work out the gaps.

Competency Test: The test aims at assessing knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) for each competency. The test will have a wide range of questions covering various competencies.
Number of Question: 60 questions
Duration: 60 Minutes (Time-bound test)
Type of Questions: Objective type of questions.
Score: The score report will be shared with the coordinator after one working day.
Time slot: The test will be open for 1 Hour 30 Minutes from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
