What is ISM-INDIA?

Institute for Supply Management, India (ISM-India) based in Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR), is a not-for- profit association with Chapters in all major cities of India. ISM-INDIA is an affiliate of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) in the USA which is the largest supply management institute in the world with membership base of more than 50,000 supply management professionals in 75 countries.

Who can join ISM?

Any person interested in the supply management field shall be eligible to be a Regular Member or an Affiliate Member provided that such person does not solicit business on behalf of such person or his or her employer during meetings of any ISM activity.

How do I become an ISM member ?

Please submit the membership form. The membership fee can be made through net banking. Please note that academician and students are exempted from the membership fee.

How much does membership cost ?

Dues vary according to the membership category you choose. ISM Regular Membership is Rs.9000 (Including GST) annually while the ISM-INDIA membership costs Rs.2100 (Including GST) annually.

What are the different membership categories?

There are two types of membership. One Regular Membership which covers both ISM USA & ISM-INDIA and other Affiliate Membership covering ISM- INDIA only.

ISM-India a partner Institute to The World Bank, launches an On-line Diploma on “Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP)”.The objective of the Professional Diploma in Public Procurement is to deliver comprehensive knowledge that covers theoretical aspects, modern methods & trends and also good practices in Public Procurement. Delivered as a blended learning program that includes social learning from each other, participants would be able to develop expertise in Public Procurement.

How/where/when do I take the CPSM® Exams?

The web based exam is offered 6 times a year in all major cities of India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Nashik, Bhopal, Ranchi, Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR). The exams are held normally on the weekend. The exams are held in the month of February, April, June, August, October, December.
Please ensure to register for CPSM Online Exam at least one month in advance by sending the Exam Registration Form along with exam fee. For details, please click  on ISM-INDIA site and then Exam Registration. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation letter from ISM- INDIA 10 days prior to exam dates with details of the Exam Center and date including reporting time.

What study materials should I use to study for the CPSM® Exams?

ISM-INDIA offers a variety of study materials (online & print version) to assist you in preparing for your exams. These are as follows
